For every game of 4 Square you win, you get a GOLDEN SQUARE for your necklace
Pictured above - see Paul V to collect your prize!
4-Square GOLDEN RULES
These rules may not be changed during the game:
You are OUT if
The bag lands in your square
You kick the bag on a line (All lines are out)
You kick the bag out of bounds
You step into someone else’s square
You make contact with someone while they are in their square
If there is a disagreement about what happened, a VOTE occurs
Every player gets one vote - except the server who gets two votes
If you leave the 4 square court during a vote you are automatically out
Players do not have to vote
Players may lie, blatant or otherwise
Players may not change their vote.
The outcome of the vote always determines who is out
Tied votes result in a hack-off (A round between only the two players in question)
TOO MUCH VOTING IS NO FUN!
At the beginning of each round the server may make ONE proposition
The proposition can add/remove/change the current game rules
The proposition can NOT add/remove/change any of the golden rules
A vote occurs, and if successful the new rule is in effect until the game is over or until someone votes it out
4-Square GAME RULES
These Rules may be changed only by propositions
You score points by getting to the server square (square 4)
Serve with a nice hand toss to another player, above their waist
Every round a you stay in square four, you get a point
The first player to get 21 points wins (You keep your points when you go out)
You are out if your pass is declared TOO LOW or a SPIKE:
Passes must be at least knee height of the player being passed to when the bag reaches the height of its arc
Passes must go up before they go down
If you contact someone in their square, they may call interference on you.
Players must vote on whether you interfered with or not
If the bag touches you on your arm, below your elbow, you are OUT
