Golfers: Please let Speed Golfers play through!
Regular Golf rules apply
Pay special attention to foot placement on fairway drives
The footbag must come to a complete stop before golfer takes next shot
Golfer’s lie must be marked, either by the footbag just kicked, or other marker

Play
You must have a witness/timer to turn in a score
At hole 1, witness/timer says “ready, set, golf”
Golfer must be stationary until the word “golf”
Time starts at the word “golf”
Witness/timer stops the clock at completion of hole 9
Witness/timer may assist in asking golfers on the course to let Speed Golfer play through, and tracking strokes
Scoring
One stroke is scored equally to one minute.
Example: If a player shoots par (36 strokes) in 10 minutes, 31 seconds, the score would be 46:31
BONUS! Negative Strokes (The Shults Rule)
Finish in 7 minutes or less: -5. OR
Finish in 6 minutes or less: -10. OR
Finish in 5 minutes or less: -15!
